Family owned above, they do not rent out, come on weekends. There is an enclosed yard and large patio area, outside shower cabana is well secluded, plenty large for 2 persons. Clothesline for bathing suits and towels. There is a retractable awning 12x8 so you can BBQ at all times. This home has uniquely large rooms that make you feel at home and is so comfortable that you won't want to leave. Ceramic tile floors throughout make for easy clean and bedrooms have new berber carpets. There is parking for 1 vehicle, but free parking in front and all down the street. There is also a great playground one block away as well as a basketball court and tennis courts. As we are 2 blocks from the beach, also one block from the bay where there is a fishing/crabbing pier and bait shop along with another playground. You can rent a kayak/boat, go jetskiing or jump on the trampoline in the water right there also.
