Fishing

FISHING - Some of the best fishing in New Jersey can be found in this area. Island Beach State Park is famous for it's great surf fishing.
There is also surf fishing for blues and striped bass right up L street. You will find many surf fisherman on the beach on any given night. There is also the bay, which is only a few blocks away, where you can fish for fluke, blues, snappers and weakfish.
You can either rent a boat, or fish off the piers in the area. There is also a pay fishing pier in Seaside Heights, right on the boardwalk. We have a 21 foot Bayliner that is available for rent with some of our rental properties that have docks. Contact us for more information on the boat rental.

CRABBING - There is also some teriffic crabbing in this area. Just bring your traps or drop lines down to one of the bay piers or take a boat out by the Rt. 37 bridge. Either way you will have a great time.
