Due to the flat terrain, this area is a great biking
area. If you feel really energetic, take a ride to the point of Island Beach
State Park. Island Beach State Park is about 7 miles long. Right accross from
the point is Barneget Light. Island Beach State Park is free to bikers, and don't
forget your bathing suit and beach towel. The beaches are beautiful out there.
Another beautiful biking area is along
the bay, especially in the evening. If you don't want to bring your own bike with
you, you can rent them at one of the areas bike shops. For a really fun
time, rent a four person bike, and go with the whole family. |
