       One thing I wanted to mention about the price. I am not trying to make money off of this website. The reason I am doing this is because I am a real estate agent in the area and I am trying to grow my business by making contacts with area landlords. With all the expenses associated with this website ( domain registration, web hosting services, website software, search engine placement software etc.) I just about cover my expenses with what I charge advertisers. And with all the time I put in trying to improve the site, I am really losing money, especially since I limit my advertisers to only a specific area of the New Jersey shore.   What I am hoping is that if you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell a property in the area, you will think of me and give me a chance to tell you what I can offer you. Now that I can offer commissions as low as 2% and no higher than 4.3%, there is really no reason not to.

      One last thing, if you are asking yourself why you should advertise on this site, when there are plenty of others to choose from, the answer is simple.   I put a lot of time and effort to make my website the most popular for Jersey shore rentals.   I also recently spent a substantial amount of money on software to get even better placement on the search engines.   Check the other sites and see how many hits they average.   I am constantly updating and resubmitting my site to search engines so it can be easily found by potential renters.   I personally put in the time to make sure you get your properties rented no matter what it takes.   My site is even listed on many other area business sites and is currently the only rental site listed on the town of Seaside Park website.   This has been done without my requesting it.   That has to say something about the popularity of this site.    I also just concentrate on a specific area. The area from Point Pleasant to Seaside Park, and Toms River.   All the other sites in their effort to make as much money as possible, include the whole state and many include the whole country.

Those statistics are great. I got some great activity from your site which recently led to a 2-week rental. The commission I saved from paying a realtor more than paid for your site and the exposure I received was better than any realtor.
